Il Tiramisù: Il dolce più amato
Il Tiramisù è il re dei dolci italiani. È famoso in tutto il mondo per il suo sapore cremoso e l'aroma di
caffè. Il suo nome significa letteralmente "tirami su" (dammi energia), perché contiene
ingredienti molto nutrienti.
La storia del Tiramisù è recente. È nato negli anni '60 o '70 nel nord dell'Italia, probabilmente nella regione Veneto, nella città di Treviso. Oggi, ogni famiglia ha la sua ricetta speciale, ma gli ingredienti base sono sempre gli stessi.
Per fare un vero Tiramisù servono sei ingredienti fondamentali:
- I Savoiardi: Biscotti leggeri e friabili che si bagnano nel caffè.
- Il Mascarpone: Un formaggio cremoso e dolce tipico del nord Italia.
- Le Uova: Si usano i tuorli e gli albumi montati a neve per fare la crema.
- Il Caffè: Deve essere un caffè espresso forte e non zuccherato.
- Lo Zucchero: Per addolcire la crema di mascarpone.
- Il Cacao: Si spolvera sopra il dolce alla fine.
Il Tiramisù si mangia freddo. Dopo la preparazione, deve riposare in frigorifero per alcune ore. È il dolce perfetto per concludere una cena con gli amici o per una festa in famiglia. In Italia, lo trovi in quasi tutti i ristoranti!
